Application:

Parents / Guardians seeking admission for their ward should submit the photocopy of the birth certificate to obtain the Prospectus and Application against a payment of `250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) either by cash or DD drawn in favour of “Saint John's Educational Trust”. 

All completed application forms for registration, together with the registration fee and enclosures should reach the school office within 5 days from the date of receiving the application form. Application submitted beyond the stipulated date will remain invalid and a fresh application should be taken for registration.

Registration for Admission:

1. The duly completed application form signed by the Father/ Mother/ Guardian should be registered at the school office along with the following documents and registration fees.

2. Recently taken passport size photographs should be affixed on the application form in the space provided.

3. Photostat copies of the Original Corporation / Municipal Birth Certificate / Community Certificate, if applicable, duly attested by a gazetted officer should be submitted. 

4. A photostat copy of the Half-yearly / Second-Terminal Examination's Statement of Marks of the class studying, should be submitted. 

5. The application is to be signed by the father of the candidate. If the father is not available, the mother can sign with a permission letter duly signed by the father. 

6. Overseas students, non-resident Indians and Indians holding passport should submit a photostat copy of the passport for verification.

7. The details entered in the application form should be correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy will render the application liable to be rejected. 

8. Original Birth Certificate will be retained by the School for LKG. 

9. The students from CBSE Board / State Board / Anglo Indian Board should get their Transfer Certificate countersigned from the Regional Office, Central Board of Secondary Education / District Educational Officer / DPI respectively. 

Registration Fee:

A non-refundable registration fee is payable at the time of registration, for the admission of a child to any standard. This amount should be paid by cash or by a crossed bank draft favouring "Saint John's Educational Trust" payable at Chennai. The applicant will receive an official receipt and a registration number,which should be quoted for all future correspondence regarding admission of the child. New admissions will be based on the following:

Selection Procedure:

The academic council will consider each application on the basis of the data and the details furnished in the application form and offer admission to the child, to an appropriate standard.
New admissions will be finalized based on the following: 

❖ Availability of seats / vacancies 
❖ Priority in the order of registration 
❖ Academic performance in the previous school. (UKG to IX)

School Fee and Remittance:

1. Admission Fee, April 2016 and May 2016 Monthly Tuition Fee, Fee towards Text books, Note books, Stationery, Wrappers, Hand book, School Annual Magazine, School Uniform, Sports Uniform, Tie, Socks etc. should be paid as per the intimation in the Admission Letter for newly admitted students. 

2. Tuition fee may be paid for the whole year (i.e. 12 months) at the time of admission, or as term fees at the beginning of each term or in monthly instalments. Each instalment may be paid not later than the 5th day of each month.

3. The annual fee/initial payments at the beginning of every academic year will be accepted by Cash / DD or Cheque.

Office Hours:

The school office will function from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Parents / Guardians / Visitors are expected to contact the school office for information regarding their ward.
